How to Check Clothing and Sneaker Sizes Before Ordering from Weidian
Use the exact seller listing's size chart, not just S/M/L or a familiar shoe size. Check whether its numbers describe a body, a flat garment or a foot, then compare like-for-like measurements. If the chart is missing, ask for it; do not invent a recommended size.
Start with the correct chart
Save the chart attached to the particular listing and design. Confirm the units and what is being measured. A branded title on a marketplace listing does not establish that an official brand chart applies to that seller's item.
The jersey listing on this site is a real clothing example, but its local text does not provide a verified numeric seller size table. We therefore make no size recommendation for it. Open its source and ask for the current chart or measurements.
A real chart reference, with its scope stated
Nike's official men's tops chart identifies its values as body measurements. The official Nike Team chart below is a small reference excerpt; it is not a conversion table for an unverified Weidian garment.
| Label | Chest (cm) |
|---|---|
| S | 88–96 |
| M | 96–104 |
| L | 104–112 |

Check clothing measurements consistently
- Choose a garment you already own with the fit you want.
- Lay it flat without stretching it. Measure between the same endpoints the seller uses.
- Record chest width, shoulder width, length and sleeve length when those fields matter.
- Ask whether the seller's chest figure is a flat width or circumference; do not double a value unless that interpretation is confirmed.
- Compare the actual numbers and the stated measurement tolerance, if supplied. Avoid a universal “size up” rule.
- Request a readable warehouse measurement photo when fit is important.
Check sneakers by the right measurement
Nike's footwear guide explicitly distinguishes foot length from the CM label on a shoe box. Measure both feet on a stable surface and use the relevant chart's instructions. Do not treat an insole measurement, box label and standing foot length as interchangeable.
For a marketplace pair, request the seller's model-specific chart and confirm the selected label on the destination page. No sneaker measurement or fit recommendation is inferred from this site's category art.
Resolve uncertainty before shipment
Request photos that show the ruler, its zero point and the measurement endpoints. If the received item differs from the agreed chart, send the evidence through the order enquiry and check the seller's current after-sales conditions. A photo cannot guarantee comfort or fit.
Use the QC evidence checklist and the ordering workflow to keep size selection and parcel submission separate.
