Superbuy QC Photos: What to Check Before Shipping

Compare Superbuy's warehouse photos with the exact order you placed: item identity, colour or design, printed size, quantity and visible condition. Request a specific extra angle or measurement when the standard images cannot answer a question; do this before international shipment.

Know which pictures you are viewing

A seller catalogue photo shows how an item is advertised. A warehouse inspection photo documents the received unit for your order. Superbuy's shopping guide describes inspection and photography after arrival; its fee page also lists services for requested details. SuperbuyX product images are catalogue material, not warehouse QC, and no guide here claims we ordered or inspected these items.

A practical inspection checklist

QuestionEvidence to look for
Is this the intended item?Whole-item views and the ordered design reference
Is the option correct?Colour, design, printed size or model labels
Is the quantity complete? All units and any specifically included components
Is there visible damage?Close views of seams, closures, surfaces and exposed corners
Does a size matter?A readable ruler or tape placed between defined endpoints

Review in a repeatable order

  1. Keep the order record and source reference open alongside the warehouse images.
  2. Check the whole item before zooming into details. Confirm the received design and quantity first.
  3. Inspect areas that affect your decision: closures on a bag, seams on a shirt or an outsole on a shoe.
  4. Write down what is visible, what is uncertain and what evidence is missing. Lighting alone can change apparent colour.
  5. Ask for targeted evidence before approving shipment. Avoid an unhelpful request such as “more QC”.
  6. If a mismatch remains, contact the purchasing agent and check the current after-sales conditions before packing or shipping.

Make an extra-photo request precise

For a garment, ask for a flat chest-width photo from one underarm seam to the other, with the whole ruler readable. For a bag, ask for the clasp closed and open, plus the attachment points. For a shoe, ask for the printed size label and a clear view of the requested area. State the order and option concerned; do not rely on a generic product image.

The crossbody-bag listing is an example of a product with multiple advertised designs. Its catalogue images can establish what you intended to order, but cannot establish which physical unit arrived or whether its hardware works.

What photos cannot establish

Do not infer authenticity, fibre composition, scent, long-term durability or exact fit from ordinary images. A measurement also needs consistent endpoints and units. Confirm any specialist test separately; an attractive image does not answer every product question.

Continue with size and measurement checks, then parcel planning once the received item is acceptable.
