Superbuy shipping costs depend on the destination, accepted contents, chosen route and packed measurements. Check both actual and volumetric weight, then read the route's charging rule. The item price displayed on a spreadsheet is not the parcel's delivered cost.

Understand volumetric weight
The official calculator explains a volume-weight example using length × width × height ÷ 6000, with centimetres producing kilograms. Treat that as the calculator's published example, not a universal divisor. The selected route can have a different divisor, trigger or billing basis.
Actual weight measures mass; volumetric weight represents occupied space. A lightweight but bulky box can be costly on a volume-based route. Check the applicable route rule, rounding and minimum charging unit instead of always assuming one formula or the larger number applies everywhere.
No parcel measurements or monetary shipping quote are invented here. To compare options, use measured inputs on the official calculator and save the displayed route conditions with the date.
Evaluate packaging changes before requesting them
- Identify what protects the product and which packaging you need to retain.
- Ask what can be removed or reduced without compromising the contents.
- Record the final outer dimensions and packed weight after changes.
- Re-check the same destination and route category using those figures.
- Include any packing-service charge when comparing totals.
Smaller packaging can reduce volume, but an added protective layer can increase size or weight. Do not promise that box removal, consolidation or compression will save money in every case. The packing decision must also suit the item.
Check restricted contents before budgeting
The official calculator's prohibited-item notice explicitly includes perfume. This site has fragrance listings, but their presence and generated purchase links do not demonstrate Superbuy purchase or shipping eligibility. Do not assume a bottle is accepted because another liquid category appears in a calculator; ask official support about the exact contents before paying.
Keep estimates separate from charges
Distinguish item purchase, domestic transport, international shipment and selected additional services in your own budget. If the shipping deposit differs from the final charge, follow the current official order and account information rather than a fixed refund amount or timeframe from an old forum post.
